It’s hard to pick a favorite between the cooling and warming balms…they are both excellent products. But I particularly love the cooling blend after really long runs where I feel like my legs are restless afterwards. The cooling balm is like soaking your legs in a cold river and works wonder to calm your legs down and ease soreness at the same time!
